If you live in the area and want to bring us your product in person, we have a small dropoff counter in the back of the building. Please keep in mind:
- You must have a return authorization number with you to drop off items
- The item must have been laundered/cleaned beforehand
- It is a dropoff counter and no decisions regarding whether we will repair, return, or replace the item will be made at the counter
The hours of operation for the counter are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Eastern.
